I'm Keri-Ann!
I'm a registered dietitian, passionate about nutrition and helping you feel and look your best. Food will always be a part of our lives and my goal is to help you eat in a way that you can do every day, for the rest of your life.
My Story
I have struggled with my weight for the majority of my life. Growing up, I remember loving food, almost like an obsession. I ate the standard American diet and still have my Burger King order memorized to this day. After getting into the nutrition field, my unhealthy relationship with food would turn into an obsession with eating healthy, which led to years of yoyo dieting and eating disorders. It took a lot of trial and error and experimenting to finally learn what works for me and my personality and my body. I understand how weight can negatively affect you physically and mentally.

The mission of Everyday Wellness is to provide science-based nutrition advice that instills healthy behaviors that lead to lifelong results. We value the importance of a healthy relationship with food just as much as the food itself. Our focus is on teaching you how to choose foods that honor your body. There is no "one size fits all" when it comes to nutrition. We believe in the individuality of each of our clients and work with you to find the right tools to help you reach your goals.
